Soil recycling mixer CM30plus hybrid

This is our standard mobile soil recycling mixing plant for the production of Soilmonolith. The plant can be advantageously used where there is not so much space, such as pipe channels in the city, small excavations, small barges and other construction tasks.

Mobil Soilrecycling mixing plant is mounted on a container frame, with an aggregate silo for soil material and 2 binder silos. The mixer is mounted on three load cells, which are supported by a rigid steel frame. The system contains all parts to be able to run autonomously, but there is also the option of connecting external electricity (128 A), so the generator does not need to start.

The Siemens PLC computer can be pre-programmed with different recipes and at the same time ensures that the balance is within 1-2 percent by weight. The control is operated via touch panel, via wired remote control or via wireless tablet.

The mixer is a highly efficient planetary counter-flow mixer with one rotating whirler that ensures a high degree of homogeneity.

This powerful mixer is both fast and efficient and results in a mixing time after adding water of approx. 30 seconds for most types of Soilmonolith.

Mobil Soilrecycling mixing plant can be equipped with a chemical dosing pump, conveyor belt, cement silos and augers for cement dosing.
